Yes, we ship across Canada and the United States. Shipping costs and timelines depend on your location and order size.

Our MOQ varies depending on the product type. For standard packaging, we usually start at 100–200 pieces, while custom printing may require a higher quantity.

Standard ready-to-ship products are usually delivered within 7–10 business days by air cargo. Custom orders may take 3–6 weeks, depending on design, printing, and order volume. We recommend ocean freight for volume metric orders that will be economical and it usually takes upto 60 days.

Since packaging is highly customized, we generally do not accept returns. However, if there is a manufacturing defect or printing error on our end, we will work with you to resolve the issue.

Yes, we can provide samples at an additional cost so you can confirm quality and finishes before committing to a larger order.
