•Air Cargo Economy – for medium-volume orders
•Delivery timeline: 7–10 business days
•Air Cargo Express – for urgent orders
•Delivery timeline: 4–5 business days

🔄 Returns & Exchanges
Because our products are often custom-made and personalized, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges.
However, we want you to be happy with your order! If you receive:
•A product with a manufacturing defect, or
•A product that is different from what was approved in your quotation/design,
please contact us within 7 business days of delivery, and we’ll work with you to make it right.

•Refunds are issued only for confirmed defective products or errors on our end.
•Refunds (if approved) will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
•Shipping fees are non-refundable.

•Colour shades may vary slightly due to printing processes, paper texture, or screen display differences. This does not qualify as a defect.
•Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving design proofs before production begins. JolieBoxa is not liable for errors in artwork (such as spelling mistakes, logo resolution, or placement) if approved by the customer.
•Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer once the order is handed over to the courier or freight forwarder.
